École de Jazz de Montréal Inc. agrees to use the participant's image exclusively for promotional purposes.

The User requests permission from the site before reproducing, publishing, or copying any of the various contents.

The User agrees to use the contents of the site strictly for private purposes. The use of content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any content uploaded by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to upload any content that may harm the interests of third parties.

Article 1

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence.

In the case of a minor User, you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian. The use of a payment card (credit, debit, Interac transfer or other) implies prior consent.

Essential characteristics of the products and services sold

The jazzmtl.ca website offers the opportunity for the User to register for certain activities. Admission fees for activities (e.g., workshops, master classes, etc.) are non-refundable.

The website also allows registration for auditions to access group training on a quarterly or annual basis, as well as private lessons by block. No refund will be issued once the User has participated in at least 20% of the course sessions. A 50% refund will be allowed for a withdrawal below 20% participation or for a major cause.

The customer declares having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale prior to placing their order. The validation of your order thus constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

The prices of our products and services are indicated in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes. You will have access to your purchase immediately after making your payment.

Availability of services

The services purchased that appear on our website are presumed to be available.

École de Jazz de Montréal Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the availability of content and access to courses in person or online.

Order

Access to your online purchase will only be granted upon receipt of your payment.

Payment terms

As a customer, you have the option to pay electronically directly on the jazzmtl.ca website.

We require full payment for the order.

Article 2

If École de Jazz de Montréal Inc. cancels an activity, it undertakes to refund participants an amount equal to the ratio of the portion of the canceled activity.

Voluntary withdrawal by the participant after the first class session will not be refunded.

All transactions are considered final sales and will not be refunded unless in the case of force majeure. Requests can be sent to info@jazzmtl.ca.

Article 3

We reserve the right to refuse access to services to any person at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

École de Jazz de Montréal Inc. does not transmit any private information except those normally intercepted during electronic communication (e.g., cookies).

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or use of the Service, or any access to the Service or contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without the express prior written permission of École de Jazz de Montréal Inc.

Online training and activities

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any training or recording offered in person or online by École de Jazz de Montréal Inc.
